The Lulu & Mac design philosophy is inspired by clean and classic design aesthetics, which
emphasize simplicity yet maintain a balance of proportion and functionality. Sometimes, the most challenging design to achieve is one of dynamic simplicity.
Each collection and crafted from natural leather. The subtle but intricate characteristics found in natural leather contribute to making each bag unique. As time goes by, the leather softens and slightly darkens.
Our products are produced by highly experienced craftsmen who construct each bag with attention to detail and high quality workmanship.

BIO:
Owner and Designer
Tracy Cárdenas was born and raised in a small town nestled in the Northern California Sierra Nevada mountain range. Her passion for design began at an early age. She found inspiration for design and beauty in the abundance of nature that surrounded her growing up.
In the summer of 1994, Tracy was drawn to San Francisco by the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then began her career in the fashion industry working for well known companies such as Esprit, Gap, and Gymboree.
A true entrepreneur at heart, Tracy left the corporate world in late 2005 to focus on building Lulu & Mac. Lulu and Mac can now be found in several Northern California stores.
