SHIPPING Lulu & Mac currently ships via UPS to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship internationally or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address. COSTS Shipping in the Continental U.S. All orders will be charged a flat rate of $8.50. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico All orders will be charged a flat rate of $20.00. SHIPPING DETAILS To place an order with Lulu & Mac you must have a credit card issued from a U.S. bank and both a billing and shipping address within the United States. Lulu & Mac accepts orders shipping to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.
Your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you place your order. In the unforeseen event that shipping is delayed, Lulu & Mac will alert you via email to the estimated delivery date. RETURN POLICY Lulu & Mac items are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new and unused condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damage caused during shipping or manufacturer defects (not including wear and tear) must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returns require a return authorization code. To obtain a return authorization code, submit an email to returns@luluandmac.com or call 415-533-0835 stating the reason for requesting a return.
